Every day the Patients Association hear from people who need a helping hand when it comes to understanding complex health and social care systems.
The Patients Association helpline is here to help. You can call it confidentially five days a week 9.30am – 5.00pm.
It can provide information and advice on areas including:
Concerns about your care or treatment
How to access your medical records
Making a complaint
Finding a dentist or GP
If the Patients Association cannot answer your query, it will do its best to signpost you to an organisation that will be able to help.
